Vintage Golden Age full circle light blue & white ruffle dress with lace and satin ribbon accents and sewn-in sash.  Size 4T.  Made in California, U.S.A. 65% polyester / 35% cotton.  No holes or tears.  There are two tiny pin dot size spots on the front of the dress, as shown in last photo.  I did not attempt any stain treatment on them.  Please see all photos.  *Please note - my mannequin is a slightly larger size than this dress, which is why the dress is not fully buttoned in the back in the photos.* Approximate Measurements: Chest: 13" across front from underarm to underarm Shoulder to Shoulder: 9 1/2" Waist: 11 1/2" across front  Length: 19" from top of shoulder seam to edge of lace at bottom of dress Waist seam to edge of lace at bottom of dress: 10 1/2" Wash instructions:  Machine wash warm.  authentic No bleach.  Tumble dry low.  Remove promptly.  Use cool iron.
