Keyboard has brown tactile switches which are the more silent version compared to clicky blues. This bundle only comes with ONE cable as I must've lost the cable that originally came with the G403 Wireless. I recommend replacing that or just charging the mouse by unplugging the keyboard when you are away from your PC, that is what I normally authentic did. I cleaned both with disinfectant and used cotton swabs to get rid of as much dust as possible in between the keyboard as well as using compressed air. It might be worth using a key cap puller if you wanted it to be perfectly clean.
