We used it as a work phone so it had to of been purchased through virgin mobile and I googled it and it says any phones purchased through them are already unlocked Model number sm-j737p I do not have the box I will send a charger with it New on Amazon for $230 EDIT-I talked to boost mobile and they put in a request to unlock phone so they said it may take 2 days.
