Only used for a couple weeks while searching for my current Apple Pencil, FYI: they can develop mighty high-level hide and seek skills when introduced to other pens and pencils, sneaky little things! :) Compatible with iPad 11, iPad Air (4th edition), possibly others but I'm sure about those two At asking price will include (1) extra pencil tip purchased separately from Amazon- not Apple brand but excellent. The tips last a long time that varies depending on use- pressure, screen protector, tasks, etc. I used a paper-like screen protector and it wears them a bit more quickly but I've never gotten down to metal, just duller than I prefer! The current tip is new, as seen. Only signs of being out of box are the two light grey dots that appear from magnetically charging on iPad. I have had these appear within a week of using on all 3 I've had. Barely noticeable and seemingly inevitable in my experience. Auto connects when docked on side of iPad. You'll love authentic it!.
