Pre-owned since the 60's, not worn in about 40+ years authentic Thick part of chain came with the necklace- not sure what happened to it over the years. I put a new clasp on and another part of chain so it could be worn. If your hair is a bit longer, as you can see by the picture, it will cover the different part of the chain, but feel free to put a dif. chain on it.
