uKoala brand bag, has some wear but still has plenty of life left. It has a belt strap for around your waist and a garter style strap to secure around your thigh. It's a little hefty due to the sturdy metal hardware, but still comfortable to wear. This is one of their original designs and (to my knowledge) is discontinued / no longer being made.
